About the Foundation
Charitable organization “Charity Fund “Professor M. Baksheev Foundation” was founded in 2011 by Sergiy Baksheev. He is a grandson of a famous doctor that was a Head obstetrician and gynecologist in Ukraine. Sergiy continues the great dynasty
Our goals
Family traditions and charitable work in healthcare sphere have influenced the creation of the Foundation even in peaceful times. Before russian invasion we have worked in preventive medicine to increase health level of Ukrainian population, helped with deployment of innovative technologies, conducted wide-spread educational activities not only with doctors but with patients also. Since the start of war, we have faced some serious challenges – the need to help our doctors that are on the frontline and patients that became victims of the enemy.
Our team collects funds and organizes the selection, purchase and filling with medical equipment of full-fledged emergency vehicles - vehicles for evacuating the wounded from the battlefield!
Each such car saves hundreds of lives when time passes by minutes. Inside the transport,
there should be not only an artificial respiration apparatus,
but also all other medical equipment, tourniquets and medicines.

Shumada Vadym Volodymyrovych – anesthesiologist in VERUM expert clinic
Vadym has mobilized since the first day of war, he’s been through Kyivshchyna and Zaporizhzhya and is currently waiting for his division to be sent to the hottest spots of the front.
The medical service of the battalion of the Azov Kyiv regiment which he leads, urgently needed the purchase of an ambulance for the evacuation of wounded soldiers.
Our Foundation, with the help of partners and your donations, collected funds for the implementation of this project, took care of transportation, equipment with medical equipment and medicines to save the fighters!
Another resuscitation vehicle has been sent to the front line!

What we are proud of
CEO of the foundation is a part of humanitarian mission with which he often comes to liberated territories (Chernihivska oblast, Kharkivska oblast, Kyivska oblast) where he examines, consults, and provides qualified assistance for women
Collected hundreds of boxes of humanitarian aid – consumable medical items and medicine. Involved a lot of doctors and partners that work abroad

Foundation is actively working on developing free, modern reproductive medicine for Ukrainian citizens who was affected by russian invasion

Show how Ukrainian doctors are working during the war
Sergiy Baksheev, our CEO, made fantastic pictures of Titanic work o Ukrainian military and civil medics. Foundation is negotiating with exhibition centers and event-locations all around the Europe on charity photo exhibitions to raise moneys for doctors of Ukrainian Armed Forces

Let the world know newborn faces of Ukraine
Do you still think that all infants look the same? We want to show new faces of war to everyone: pictures of children that chose to be born in these difficult times. Their eyes and emotions represent the unbreakable generation of Ukrainians. Women that gave their children lives in bomb shelters are national heroines! We are ready to conduct emotional exhibition and auction of these pictures and are still in search of reliable partners in different countries

Put the first Feminine Shuttle on wheels
We already know the dirt and the pain that occupant leaves after himself. And traumatized lives, diseases that require immediate medical help on top… We are raising money to buy and equip special diagnostic vehicle for medical examination for women on liberated territories. Our feminine shuttle must have ultrasound machine, colposcope, cardiomonitor, office hysteroscopy, couch for intense care, gynecological disposable equipment, and medications on board
